One of the biggest problems with previous injection-based solutions was that they were temporary, meaning men might be able to achieve a larger penis for a few hours, but once the body absorbed the material, the penis returned to its original size. Using the Penuma method, the penis retains its shape and size indefinitely, and many men who have had the procedure completed claim that they are more sexual than before. This may be in part due to the self-esteem that they regain due to having a larger penis, or it may be due to physiological changes that come with different pressure in the genital region.
Is Penuma the Way of the Future?
Although Penuma seems like it could potentially help many men who truly have small penises, and although it may be used to enhance the manhood of men who are already average or even above average, for now Elist is the only medical professional in the United States who has received clearance from the Food and Drug Administration to perform the procedure.
