Login to your account and read the instructions on the Contest page. Make sure after you submit your choices that you receive a confirmation statement. Pick the most games correct and also pick the Monday Night Football winning teams total scored points to win. We will rank the winners in order on Tuesday following the Monday Night Game. One Winner will have the opportunity to win up to $500.00 of store credit for 1st place, $400.00 in store credit for 2nd place, $300.00 in store credit for 3rd place, $200.00 in store credit for 4th place and $100.00 in store credit for 5th place. Finally we are also rewarding anyone who places in 6th through 25th place with $50.00 in store credit. SMI is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected on-line entries or transactions, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a Contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. SMI reserves the right to halt or modify the Contest at any time during the Contest Period if events beyond their control compromise the Contest fairness or integrity.
SMI is not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of a Winner or the distribution of a Store Credit.
SMI, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the Contest, refuse to award points or a Store Credit, and require the return of a Store Credit, if entrant engages in any conduct SMI deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or detrimental to other entrants. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Contest. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Arizona, in the City of Phoenix.
THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Contest, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Arizona state and federal courts located in the City of Phoenix, and State of Arizona. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
