Individualized Prescription Treatment

ED4 Chew should be considered only after evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. The provider will review the patients medical history, cardiovascular health, current medications, previous response to treatment, and other relevant factors before determining whether this compounded medication is appropriate.

The safety and effectiveness of combining tadalafil with another PDE5 inhibitor have not been established. Patients should not use additional tadalafil, vardenafil, sildenafil, avanafil, or other erectile dysfunction medications while using ED4 Chew unless specifically instructed by their prescribing healthcare provider.

Directions for Use

Use ED4 Chew exactly as directed on your prescription label and according to the instructions provided by your healthcare provider and dispensing pharmacy. Do not take more medication, take it more frequently, or combine it with other erectile dysfunction medications unless specifically directed by your healthcare provider.

Potential Side Effects

Because ED4 Chew contains tadalafil and vardenafil, patients may experience adverse effects associated with PDE5 inhibitors. Possible side effects may include:

  • Headache
  • Flushing
  • Nasal congestion
  • Indigestion or upset stomach
  • Dizziness
  • Back or muscle discomfort
  • Changes in blood pressure

Serious adverse effects are possible. Seek immediate medical attention for an erection lasting longer than four hours, sudden loss or decrease of vision, sudden loss or decrease of hearing, chest pain, fainting, severe dizziness, or signs of a serious allergic reaction.

Important Precautions

Tell your healthcare provider about all prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, supplements, and recreational substances you use before starting treatment. PDE5 inhibitors can interact with certain medications and may lower blood pressure.

Do not use this medication with nitrate medications such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or isosorbide mononitrate. Patients using guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat should also inform their healthcare provider. Use with alpha-blockers, blood-pressure medications, or certain medications that affect drug metabolism may require additional medical evaluation.

Who Should Not Use ED4 Chew?

ED4 Chew may not be appropriate for everyone. A licensed healthcare provider must determine eligibility. Patients should specifically tell their provider if they:

  • Use nitrate medications
  • Use riociguat or another guanylate cyclase stimulator
