Because ED4 Chew contains tadalafil and vardenafil, patients may experience adverse effects associated with PDE5 inhibitors. Possible side effects may include:
Serious adverse effects are possible. Seek immediate medical attention for an erection lasting longer than four hours, sudden loss or decrease of vision, sudden loss or decrease of hearing, chest pain, fainting, severe dizziness, or signs of a serious allergic reaction.
Tell your healthcare provider about all prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, supplements, and recreational substances you use before starting treatment. PDE5 inhibitors can interact with certain medications and may lower blood pressure.
Do not use this medication with nitrate medications such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or isosorbide mononitrate. Patients using guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat should also inform their healthcare provider. Use with alpha-blockers, blood-pressure medications, or certain medications that affect drug metabolism may require additional medical evaluation.
