Compounded Prescription Treatment for Erectile Dysfunction

Olympus ED3 Plus is a compounded prescription medication containing Tadalafil, PT-141 (Bremelanotide), and Oxytocin. It may be prescribed for an individually identified adult patient when a licensed healthcare provider determines, following a medical evaluation, that the compounded formulation is appropriate for that patients specific clinical needs.

Formulation Components:

• Tadalafil (5mg): A PDE5 inhibitor. FDA-approved tadalafil products are indicated for erectile dysfunction and certain other conditions. The inclusion of tadalafil in this compounded combination does not make the compounded product FDA-approved.
• PT-141 / Bremelanotide (1mg): A melanocortin receptor agonist included in this compounded formulation when determined appropriate by the prescribing healthcare provider. This compounded use and dosage form have not been FDA-approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
• Oxytocin (20 IU): Included as a component of this compounded formulation when determined appropriate by the prescribing healthcare provider. This compounded use has not been FDA-approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction or sexual enhancement.
