Move over Emeril, there’s a new chef in town. Well, actually he calls himself an inventor. Charlie Harry Francis, from South Wales, invents odd types of ice cream. Yup, ice cream. His latest creation? A Viagra-laced treat.
The new concoction
Francis, who runs an ice cream shop called Lick Me I’m Delicious, is known for creating tasty, yet odd, flavors of the chilly treat. He even has glow-in-the-dark ice cream, but that doesn’t compare to his latest creation: The Arousal. It’s an appropriate name for ice cream that’s laced with 25mg of Viagra per scoop. To top it off, the color of the ice cream was blue and, according to his customers, it tastes like champagne.

Francis won’t say whom he made the ice cream for. In fact, news reports indicate a confidentiality agreement was signed to protect both parties.
“It’s all very secretive,” Harry has said. “We’ve had to sign a confidentiality agreement so I can’t reveal the name of the client. All I’m allowed to say is it was for a party and that they were very happy with the end result.”
It was a special order. It’s not something that Francis plans to keep in stock, but he did tell reporters that he could whip up another batch if he was asked.
Not the first Viagra treat
A Swiss chocolatier rolled out a chocolate treat that is said to have Viagra-like power. Barry Callebaut, the makers of the turbo-charge candy, say it increases blood flow, which could stimulate things in the bedroom.
Other manufacturers have tried to make Viagra gum. The makers of big brands like Juicy Fruit were looking into a patent to put actual Viagra into a stick of gum. Like the real deal, it was supposed to take effect 30 minutes after chewing it. The company applied for the patent in 2011, but nothing came of this business venture.
