Security Guard Accused of Stealing Viagra From Pharmacy Where He Works

A security guard in Dubai has been accused of stealing the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra, among other things, from a pharmacy where he worked.

The incident began when a customer told the pharmacist that he had forgotten his cell phone inside the pharmacy, but when he returned to pick it up, it was gone. The customer had reason to believe that the guard had taken it and switched it off.

The pharmacist asked the security guard about the mobile phone, but he denied any involvement.

Unconvinced, the pharmacist searched the security guard’s bag and found not only the mobile phone but also shaving cream, a razor and the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra.

When the police questioned the security guard about the phone, Viagra and shaving kit, he admitted that he had taken them all, but once in court, he denied the theft. He told the judges that he was being framed.

Viagra in the United States

Although many American men with erectile dysfunction may be embarrassed to talk to their doctor about getting a prescription for Viagra, they don’t circumvent the obstacle by stealing it.

There are reasons that the FDA requires men to get a prescription for the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra from their doctor.

First, it ensures that the Viagra is pure and effective. Viagra is the most counterfeited drug in the world and buying it off the Black Market can be incredibly risky, even lethal, thanks to toxic ingredients that have been found in fake Viagra.

Second, it allows the doctor to ask about possible underlying causes of the erectile dysfunction, such as hypertension or diabetes.

Third, the doctor has the opportunity to go over the possible side effects of Viagra on the patient. These side effects are generally so mild that most men continue taking Viagra despite them.

And finally, talking to a doctor allows men to discuss their current medications, drugs, vitamins, and supplements, helping to ensure that they are no contraindications.
