This question is especially important for men who are not able to last long and want to keep their partners satisfied. Here’s what you can do to keep the erection after orgasm:
Use a Penis Ring
Nature is hard to cheat. If you want to stay hard after ejaculation, your best bet is to wear a special ring at the base of your penis. The ring restricts blood flow and helps you stay erect, even after an orgasm. Your erection will eventually subside, but it should last longer. Remember not to keep the ring on for longer than 20 minutes at a time.
Work Those Muscles
Anecdotal evidence suggests that good control of pelvic floor muscles allows men to stay hard after ejaculation.
