The Secure Medical price review each month surveys major national and regional pharmacy retailers for their prices on selected prescription drugs. A total of 18 major retailers — 15 conventional and three online — are included in the review. In this respect, it’s most comparable to Viagra/sildenafil. By contrast, Cialis/tadalafil can take up to two hours to become fully effective, but its effects can last for up to 36 hours.
