It was found that additional servings of fruits and veggies aid in the beneficial effects.
The study surveyed patients suffering from erection problems, quizzing them on their health and eating habits.
Researchers theorize the fruits and veggies are beneficial because they are filled with vitamins, amino acids, and other nutrients that may aid men in getting an erection.
Alternatively, experts say the findings may simply be an indication that an overall healthy diet can help to avert erection problems.
Regardless of the reason, experts agree that eating healthy is the first step to preventing erection problems.
