Erections From Eating Watermelon?

Texas A&M’s Fruit and Vegetable Improvement Center has published research indicating that watermelon may be similar to the erectile dysfunction drug, Viagra. Researchers discovered beneficial functions of one of watermelon’s phyto-nutrients – citrulline. Citruline apparently has Viagra-like effects, causing blood vessels to relax. Relaxed blood vessels, of course, means increased bloodflow, making it easier to achieve an erection. More citrulline is found in the rind of the watermelon, and because of this, scientists are working to breed new watermelons with higher concentrations in the flesh.

So how much watermelon would you have to eat to experience Viagra-like benefits? The studies have yet to be done, so hopeful people are eating as much as possible.
