Residents aren’t surprised
Coleshill, which has a population of 6,343 people, is requesting and consuming more Viagra than any other city in England.
Last year, 54.87 prescriptions per 1,000 men were issued an anti-impotency drug like Viagra.
The residents of this North Warwickshire town say they’re not bothered by the new nickname, saying it embraces the fun-natured town.
Resident Des Christie told the Daily Mail that the finding does not surprise him.
“There’s a lot of older people living here who are young at heart and energetic,” he said.
Al Gorman, a resident who admits to using Viagra, says, “I’m not surprised we have more users than anywhere else in the country, because we’re more fun.”

Reason behind the prescriptions
Why is it this town needs so much Viagra? Residents speculate the number of pubs might have something to do with it. Other than that, no one is quite sure why this town considers Viagra a must-have.
