Randi Dukoff, Founder and Owner of Core and More…Health and Fitness joined the show.

Randi Dukoff is the founder and owner of Core and More…Health & Fitness. She is the mother of three teenagers, a wife and owner of two Wheaton terriers, and Randi understands how difficult time management can be.  Randi understands first hand, what it is like to be pregnant and have extra weight to lose, what it’s like to manage a busy house, children’s schedules and balance work at the same time.  She gets that life sometimes gets in the way of our goals and intentions.  The fact is, that with support and guidance, anybody can lose weight permanently and more importantly reduce their stress levels and regain their health and energy levels.

Randi Dukoff received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she will create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

She has also been trained in Health Coaching and Exercise Kinesiology through the C.H.E.K. Institute in San Diego.  She is an Advanced Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor (specialing in individualized food plans, Certified in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and a member of  ECA, IDEA and AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners)

Randi began her career as a personal trainer through NASM and ISSA in 2003.  She later became certified as a C.H.E.K. Nutrition and Life Coach in 2004 and a C.H.E.K. Exercise Coach in 2008 and a CHEK Golf Performance Specialist in 2011.  Within a short time, she realized that exercise was just part of the equation.  What and when people ate, how much sleep they got and their Stress levels had a bigger impact on health then we realize.  When broken down, exercising 3 times per week could not make up for the minimum 28 times a week we eat.  This prompted me to return to school to study nutrition, anatomy and physiology and motivation.

Randi Dukoff of Core and More…Health & Fitness has a lot of experience in supporting and coaching Corporate Clients and Individuals to achieve their optimal health.  I have developed a network of specialists to help clients when necessary. She specializes in Celiac disease and Gluten Intollerance , Metabolic Syndrome and working with Stressed Professionals who need to lose weight, de-stress and regain their health.  My goal is to get you out of “pain” and back into the zone of HEALTH & ENERGY.   I have incorporated everything I teach into my own life with success.  I understand how important support is on the path to health.  She is her brand and she lives by the guidelines she teaches.
