ATA Blackbelt, Personal Wellness Coach and Creator of the CoreKick Program Nathan McIntyre joins the show.

Originally from Florence, Alabama, Nathan McIntyre is a certified personal fitness trainer with the International Sports Sciences Assocation (ISSA). Before attaining certification he was certified by “doing the deal.” — He lost over 170 pounds through maintaining a proper diet and healthy lifestyle, and now strives to help others reach their goals. “My calling is to help normal people live normal lives with excellence. Anyone can claim to know how to “do” fitness. I’ve lived both sides of the coin”, states Nathan.

“My vision is to empower a new generation of Americans to live lives fueled by hope and belief in themselves, and governed by a natural sense of confidence and self-discipline. That’s my end game.”

An active member of the American Taekwondo Association (ATA), Nathan is a 2009 Tennessee triple crown Taekwondo champion, ranking presently as a first degree black belt.

Nathan helped establish Dave Ramsey’s annual “Biggest Loser” competition and has led over 100 members of Dave’s team since 2008.

Nathan McIntyre has been a resident of Middle Tennessee since 2005.
