Los Angeles registered dietitian Mary Barbour joins the show.

Mary Barbour is a registered dietitian in Los Angeles who calls herself a “lifestyle dietitian”. Her company’s goal is to help her clients achieve a healthy balance between mind and body. She is a nutrition guru who understands alternative diets and she works with clients to achieve their nutrition, fitness and wellness goals. She has been featured on FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen, HGTV’s international House Hunters, and local TV news stations as well as interviewed for radio and print.

When Mary is not with clients you can find her writing articles for online websites, creating recipes in her kitchen and photographing food. She is writing two e-books “Small Changes, Big Results” and “Kitchen Beauty” which will be published Summer 2011. To enhance her nutritional knowledge she is studying to be a chef and assists in culinary classes.
