Naked Man at Airport Took Too Many Viagra Erectile Dysfunction Pills

No doubt, the jokes at Phuket International Airport in Thailand were fast and furious January 4, 2018, when a South Korean passenger took too much Viagra. Reports say he stripped naked, destroyed retail shops and began throwing his own feces at police officers, airport staff and other passengers.

On the scene

It took six airport security guards, tourist police officers, Saku’s local police officers and staff from the airport’s tourist center to calm down the 27-year-old enough to arrest him without causing any harm to the man.

As a letter from the Phuket International Airport explains: “To control the situation and to prevent any danger that might happen to other passengers, the officers had to arrest the man … When he regained his composure, he admitted that he took too many Viagra pills and lost consciousness.”

After the incident

While at the local police station, it was decided that the man needed additional medical attention for his Viagra overdose. He was taken to a hospital for further examination.

The man offered to reimburse for the damages he caused, which also included valuables belonging to the airport, and accepted full responsibility.

Is Viagra safe?

Like any drug or medication, taking too much Viagra isn’t safe for even the healthiest of men. Taken as directed, Viagra is very safe.

Viagra is reported to be effective for 81% in men with erectile dysfunction. Although it does have some side effects, they are typically mild enough for men to continue use of the erectile dysfunction drug. They can include flushing, runny or stuffy nose, headache, dizziness, upset stomach, sleep problems, muscle or back pain, or abnormal vision.

It’s important for men seeking a prescription for Viagra to talk to their doctor about any health conditions and/or current medications they take to ensure there are no contraindications.

How do erectile dysfunction pills work?

ED pills, like Viagra, help boost blood flow to the penis when you’re sexually aroused. They block an enzyme called PDE5, which makes it easier to get and keep an erection.
