The penalty for selling fake erectile dysfunction drugs
The 54-year-old was also ordered to pay nearly $10,000 to an erectile dysfunction drug company for losses related to his sales of the fake erectile dysfunction drugs. He was originally facing up to five years in custody or up to $250,000 in fines after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy.
