A study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine found that getting less than seven hours of sleep a night increases the likelihood of a cold by three times.  Additionally, a poor night’s rest makes you five times more susceptible to colds.  The study shows just how influential sleep deprivation is on immune function.

Wishing you many happy nights of 7+ hour sleep and no colds.
