Fighting the War on Allergies and Sinus Infections

If you’re lucky, the cold will go away on its own in approximately a week. If you aren’t lucky you will end up with a sinus infection that can last for more than a month.

Humidity

During the winter months the humidity in your home is pretty much nonexistent since the heat is running. This will dry your sinuses out causing pain and bleeding. This will causing weird pressure to build up n your sinus ducts which will give you a massive headache. Try using a humidifier in your bedroom at night and in the main rooms you are in. During the summer the molds and moisture are high promoting a sinus infection for a different reason. Try taking your vitamins and sleeping in lower humidity conditions.
