Matt Pribonic, Owner of iRock Fitness in Erie, Pennsylvania joins the show. iRock Fitness has all group fitness classes all the time. Owners Matt and Anthony Pribonic help a wide variety of clients see results through high energy classes that they have designed themselves.
iRock Fitness is a joint venture of Matt and Anthony Pribonic. Prior to opening doors in December 2010 Matt and Anthony assumed co-director rolls at Family First Athletic Club in Summit Pa. Matt and Anthony have been certified through Fitness Anywhere “TRX Suspension training”, NASM, IFPA, APEX and 24 HOUR FITENSS Trainer and Master Trainer certifications. Today, they operate a growing 2,400sq ft. fitness facility in Erie Pa based primarily around group fitness classes that include TRX Suspension training, medicine ball, kettle bell, body bar and plyometric platform training.
