Keep ED Away with Vacation Sex

Want to get away? New research has shown that it’s more important now than ever to go on vacation for better sexual well-being.

A recent study found that 80% of couples that go on vacation at least once a year found that the “romance is alive” in their relationship, compared to 56% of those that didn’t take a vacation.

Vacation sex

Common causes linked to ED include, stress, alcohol, nicotine use, depression, and high cholesterol – amongst others.

These stresses can be attributed to the daily grind work provides and the responsibilities that come along with it.

Taking a vacation often times gives men the escape that they need to get their motor running.

“The term ‘vacation sex’ is a real phenomenon, especially for men,” says Leigh Vinocur, M.D., of Diamond Resorts International, which commissioned the study. “Taking time off ‘translates to better sex’ and a more romantic lifestyle year round.”

ED treatment

While vacation sex may not solve all of your ED woes, it is important to reduce stress in your life and connect intimately with your partner.

Making good lifestyle choices like reducing alcohol consumption to 2 drinks or less a day and quitting smoking can help to improve your sexual health. Diet and exercise are another great example of making sound lifestyle choices to help combat ED.

If you haven’t seen improvement with your ED, you should consult a physician.

Medications like Viagra and Cialis are generally prescribed to treat the condition, with great success. You can also seek an online consultation through eDrugstore.

Remember, there isn’t a generic version of Viagra. There aren’t suitable herbal recommendations either, so it’s important to consult a physician about your problem to ensure the proper treatment.

Once you talk with a doctor, you’ll be on your way to a satisfying sex life once again.
