Check out the questions the public has for the man who made Viagra ice cream.

Charlie Harry Francis, from South Wales, invents odd types of ice cream. Francis made headlines recently with his Viagra-laced ice cream. Gizmodo asked Francis to answer questions from the public so we could all gain a little more insight into the man behind sexy treat called “The Arousal.”

It’s an appropriate name for ice cream that’s laced with 25mg of Viagra per scoop. To top it off, the color of the ice cream was blue and, according to his customers, it tastes like champagne. (Learn more about “The Arousal” in an early post.)

Francis made this creation from his ice cream shop called Lick Me I’m Delicious. He has a history of creating tasty, yet odd, flavors of the chilly treat. He even has glow-in-the-dark ice cream, but the ED-fighting dessert that he made for a “celebrity client” has people wondering about Francis’ and his candy creations.

Here’s a look at some of the questions people asked Francis:

1. Do you see pharmaceutical ice cream becoming a new way to get kids to take their meds? What would the barriers be to getting fully regulated, prescription pharmaceutical ice cream to market?

Because of the personal nature of ordering a prescription, security practices at online pharmacies are particularly critical.
Francis took part in a Q & A session online, answering questions from fans and critics.

Francis responds: Well, it depends what you mean by meds – serious medication you wouldn’t want to get muddled up as something that anyone could eat and there’s issues of product stability. But when you talk about supplements, well that already happens – our breads and cereals and stuffed full of enhancements, whether we like it or not.

What has been your most challenging ice cream to achieve?

Francis replies: Probably the one I’m currently working on – I’m trying to make the hottest ice cream in the World in three ways – so that it’s served hot at 54 degrees, it’s served on fire and it contains 6.4 million scoville chilli. The hardest part is definitely going to be tasting it.
