ED is Blessing? See Why One Man Says So
A young man recently wrote an essay describing the problems he’s had in bed.

It all started when he was 17.

He had a big fight with his high school girlfriend, and when they tried to have make-up sex, things didn’t go so well.

Apparently, no one told his penis that the fight was over. He was too worked up.

He was embarrassed when he couldn’t perform and literally ran away.

Now, years later, he’s had many temporary bouts with ED, but he says it’s actually been a blessing. Here’s why:

Focusing on a partner

The young man says once he couldn’t perform, he started thinking of ways he could pleasure his girlfriend. He “became a participant rather than a performer.”

When he let down his guard, his anxiety went away and he was able to perform.

Dealing with performance anxiety

For this young man, ED forced him to deal with performance anxiety and figure out why it was happening.

He put a lot of emphasis on his sexual performance, so as soon as he got an erection he would rush through foreplay and go straight into intercourse.

But, once women starting complaining about the constant “quickies” he had to understand why he was rushing. He didn’t want to lose his erection, so he rushed.

By understanding this anxiety, he was able to recognize it and find coping mechanisms to deal with it.

Turning to medications

While the author of this particular essay, which you can read here, didn’t turn to erectile dysfunction medication it is an option to consider.

No matter what your age, if you’re dealing with symptoms of erectile dysfunction you should talk with your doctor.

Your physician will run a few tests to determine the cause of your ED, and will likely prescribe a medication like Cialis to manage the condition.
