Researchers have found that men who keep their phone on all day are at higher risk for erectile issues<\/figcaption><\/figure> According to a preliminary study published by the Central European Journal of Urology, researchers have found a link between mobile phones and erectile issues.<\/p>\n

The study, carried out by researchers in Austria and Egypt, \u00a0found that men who carried switched-on mobile phones for longer periods of time had a notably greater incidence of erectile issues than men who carried switched-on phones for lesser periods of time.<\/p>\n

The researchers enlisted two groups for the study: 20 men who had previously reported suffering from erectile issues (group A), and a control group with no history of erectile problems (group B).<\/p>\n

For the study, the two groups were tasked with truthfully answering the Sexual Health Inventory for evaluation of the International Index of Erectile Function. Additionally, the groups were given another questionnaire designed to assess their mobile phone usage.<\/p>\n

The results of the study showed that men who suffered from erectile issues carried switched on mobile phones for an average of 4.4 hours daily, whereas men in the control group only carried their phones for an average of 1.8 hours.<\/p>\n

While the results of the study were promising, the researchers stressed that more data is required to prove the findings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
