1. Don’t pluck it<\/strong>– While it may seem like a good idea, there are no benefits to plucking a gray hair. Plucking hair can traumatize the follicle, and repeated trauma to any follicle is not ideal. Instead of plucking, very carefully cut the gray hair.<\/p>\n
