Harvard researchers have been testing a cream that may possibly prevent transmission of herpes<\/a>.  The cream works by disabling genes that play a main role in transmitting the herpes virus.  This cream has been effective in mice, and researchers are hoping that the same results will be seen in humans.<\/p>\n
