Dr. Albin is based in Manhattan and Roslyn, New York. She also offers teletherapy services.\u00a0 She has been practicing CBT and behavioral medicine since 2001, providing over 16,000 hours of therapy and consulting services to children, adolescents and adults as individuals, couples or groups. Dr. Albin received her Ph.D in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Health Psychology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine\/Yeshiva University, her Masters in Development Psychology from Columbia University and her BBA in Banking and Finance, Cum Laude with High Honors from Hofstra University. She is in an expert in biofeedback and behavior medicine.<\/p>\n

Dr. Albin specializes in health and wellness building, stress management and\u00a0 the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, such as adjustment disorder, phobias, OCD, panic, social anxiety, depression and bi-polar disorder, as well as body and self image problems, attention and concentration deficits and addictive and impulsive behaviors.<\/p>\n
