Certified Hypnotherapist, Teresa Van Zeller joined the show to discuss the mindset, hypnosis in quitting smoking.<\/p>\n

Teresa Van-Zeller<\/strong> has been intrigued about the world of hypnosis since childhood, however, it wasn\u2019t until she started her training to become a Hypnotherapist that she realized the incredible potentials of using hypnosis and hypnotherapy to effect change in people.\u00a0 She learned the values of using hypnosis from personal experience.\u00a0 In the first year that she practiced self hypnosis, she overcame several issues of her own, including chronic neck and back pain, fear of flying, and insomnia–all issues that at one time were suffered on a daily basis and are now only rarely experienced, so rarely that they can only be categorized as an occasional nuisance.<\/p>\n

What was most amazing to her was how easy it was to make changes in life and how once those changes were made, all the other areas of her life improved as well.\u00a0 Using and teaching hypnosis to help others effect changes in their lives has become her passion.<\/p>\n

Within one year after becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist, Teresa was asked to teach the National Guild of Hypnotist\u2019s Hypnotherapist Certification course<\/a> at the school she had attended.\u00a0 Soon after, she was\u00a0 asked to join the faculty and sit on the Board of Directors of the HypnoBirthing \u00ae Institute. She has trained over one thousand parents and HypnoBirthing\u00ae Practitioners<\/a>.\u00a0 In addition, she was asked to join the faculty of Roy Hunter\u2019s Alliance Self-Empowerment, Inc. and Teresa now has her own school where she teaches Roy\u2019s highly acclaimed Certified Hypnotherapist course which is accepted in many colleges across the nation.<\/p>\n
