The problem can lead to erectile dysfunction, energy loss and mess with your mood. Doctors run a blood test to diagnose the problem and can prescribe a gel to raise levels.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Peyronie&#8217;s disease<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This disease involves a narrowing of the penis and can be quite painful. It&#8217;s often caused by scar tissue that builds up on an injury and can sometimes be fixed by surgery, but that comes with complications.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prolonged erections<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You might dream of staying hard for hours and having sex again and again, but having an erection for a long period of time isn&#8217;t pleasant.
