We never really had to talk about this stuff, so how was I supposed to know what to say?<\/p>\n<h3>Taking Charge of My Sexual Health<\/h3>\n<p>That conversation over breakfast was a wake-up call. I knew I had to do something to save my relationship from falling apart.<\/p>\n<p>I took to the internet for solutions. I found forums where guys exchanged stories. Some of them were crazy, like people taking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edrugstore.com\/blog\/erectile-dysfunction\/viagra\/more-proof-that-herbal-viagra-just-doesnt-measure-up\/\">strange herbal medications<\/a> bought online. It was like my past failures had left a mark on me. I worried I won\u2019t be able to get hard and the more I worried, the harder it got (pun intended).<\/p>\n<p>Whenever Nicole tried to start a conversation about it, I shut down. I felt I could relate to him in some way. He explained to me that I needed to learn how to trust my partner. After all, we\u2019re in it together, good and bad. There\u2019s no point trying to hide it when you\u2019re worried or self-conscious.<\/p>\n<p>It took us several weeks to figure it all out, but it was worth it. Saying out loud how I felt made a big difference. Nicole told me she felt closer to me than she had felt in years.<\/p>\n<h3>A Thousand Ways To Make Love<\/h3>\n<p>The ED pills were working, but I didn\u2019t want to rely on them every time we had sex.
