This can be accompanied by ringing in the ears (tinnitus) or dizziness.<\/p>\n<p>Again, this effect is usually temporary but could become permanent in very rare cases. Once more, it\u2019s not clear whether tadalafil is the actual cause or contributes to hearing loss in these cases.
