Mariana Abeid-McDougall<\/strong> a Personal Trainer with Two Sisters Fitness<\/strong>, a Fitness and Nutrition company serving both Canada and the US joined the show. With over 15 years of combined wellness experience, Mariana and her sister Tina have helped several clients to take charge of their health and achieve their fitness, nutrition, and weight loss goals.<\/p>\n

Mariana Abeid-McDougall<\/strong> is a Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and healthy living. Mariana has been involved in the fitness and health industry since 1999.\u00a0 She started her career in Chicago, teaching Swimming Lessons to adults, and at 17, successfully helped over 30 clients to overcome their fear of water to include swimming as part of a healthy lifestyle, and successfully revamped the Adult Swimming Lessons Program to include self-efficacy building. In 2006, after relocating to Canada, she graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical and Health Education and a Bachelor of Arts with minor in Health Studies.\u00a0 In 2008, she graduated from The University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Education. Mariana has also taught Physical and Health Education to both children and adults, swing dancing lessons to adults, and exercise classes to persons with disabilities and chronic health conditions. Mariana acquired her certification as a Personal Trainer through CAN-FIT-PRO in 2006, and has worked within a club setting, in clients’ homes, as well as in Health Centres since that time. Mariana’s experience as a teacher and instructor makes her a patient and understanding personal trainer who will push you to do your best, while taking your strengths and limitations into consideration.
