There is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/22838964\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">some evidence of this<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in cell studies, but research suggests you\u2019re <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3851288\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">better off getting your luteolin from a vegetable-heavy diet<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ashwagandha extract. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While the patent holder of the specific type of extract used by Prime Male offers <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ksm66ashwagandhaa.com\/clinical-studies\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a range of clinical studies<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, none of them are the broad, double-blind objective studies considered the scientific gold standard.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Black pepper extract.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Prime Male claims that piperine, which is found in black pepper, increases absorption of nutrients and medications. While <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC8796742\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that\u2019s accurate<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, it\u2019s unclear what effect, if any, piperine would have on the rest of Prime Male\u2019s ingredients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nettle root.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Prime Male states that most testosterone is bound up by the protein sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), and the lignan in nettle root will free up this testosterone. It is true that <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/9463941\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lignans will bind to SHBG<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, yet lignans <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lpi.oregonstate.edu\/mic\/dietary-factors\/phytochemicals\/lignans\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">have a complicated role when it comes to your hormones<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In our search for reviews, we found dozens of different \u201creviews\u201d that were really paid-for content and marked as such. Others pretended to be objective, before offering a coupon for the product at the end. Some reviews we found even copied materials and text straight from the Prime Male website, or made claims, such as Prime Male being made in FDA-inspected facilities, that weren\u2019t substantiated.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edrugstore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/3.jpeg-2-min.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The few honest reviews we\u2019ve found were <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.innerbody.com\/prime-male-reviews#is-prime-male-vitality-safe\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">generally mixed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
