But don\u2019t believe everything you read. After all, plenty of companies have been caught lying about products just to make money, and often, these pills are no exception.<\/p>\n

The Case of Mojo Risen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Need an example? A couple years ago, a North Carolina man plead guilty to defrauding consumers with his \u201call-natural\u201d herbal ED supplement called Mojo Risen, as well as other products. According to a release on Justice.gov, he made nearly $5 million by \u201cfraudulently and falsely claiming that his erectile dysfunction products were 100 percent safe and natural.\u201d <\/p>\n

He also claimed the products were without \u201charsh and dangerous side effects.\u201d<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t just a question of saying the blue dye in the pills was organic when it wasn\u2019t. The products contained pharmaceutical and prescription compounds, including the active ingredient in Viagra, which can be incredibly dangerous to people with certain conditions and in higher-than-normal dosages.<\/p>\n

Dangerous ingredients being shipped in from China with no warning labels, no accurate list of ingredients, no FDA regulations and no symbol bearing the phrase \u201cRx only,\u201d which is required for all prescription drugs, made for a potentially lethal product.<\/p>\n

So, what IS safe?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve got ED, it\u2019s important that you understand a few things.<\/p>\n

First, there is no FDA-approved \u201cherbal Viagra\u201d on the market. The only FDA-approved ED products\u2014such as Viagra, Cialis and Levitra\u2014can only be obtained with a prescription. <\/p>\n

And although there are countless websites selling ED products, you want to make sure you purchase medications from a trusted, licensed pharmacy.<\/p>\n

Make sure the company that you buy from has a physical address, an established reputation, and phone number to call with questions, should you have any.<\/p>\n
