Half the time we blow off these little ailments since they aren\u2019t causing enough serious harm to worry about. We don\u2019t have time to stop and figure out why our toes itch at night or why your acid indigestion flares up on the weekdays. <\/p>\n
It\u2019s just too much trouble to add figuring out our body\u2019s mysteries to our already long and tiring days. Here are a few common ailments of regular people who just don\u2019t have time to worry with doctors or individual research.<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Teeth Grinding<\/strong><\/p>\n Some of us grind our teeth so much at night that it actually causes facial swelling and severe headaches. It\u2019s what we can\u2019t see that it\u2019s hurting the most. Our teeth aren\u2019t made to be clenched for minutes or hours at a time. Over time this teeth grinding can cause permanent damage and can wear your teeth down unnaturally causing sensitivity and painful jaw popping. Try taking a warm shower before bed and doing something relaxing, like reading. While you\u2019re laying there counting sheep or whatever it is you do, visualize each section of your body relaxing<\/a>. Start with your toes and work your way up to your face. Once you feel totally relaxed, it should help with your clenched jaw problems. You can\u2019t control it, and have to scratch all the time. It might be especially bad if you sweat and for all you can tell, you don\u2019t have dandruff. You are probably over heating your scalp when blow drying your hair or you may simply be allergic to your shampoo or conditioner. Try giving your scalp a rest and letting your hair dry naturally. Also, if sweating makes the itch worse, chances are this can all be cured by simply paying attention to the active ingredients in your hair products. Make a conscious effort to just relax. I find that while at work, I shake my leg endlessly. Others click their pens or tap their fingers. It\u2019s annoying to everyone around you and keeps your body tense. Slow down on sugar and caffeine consumption after lunch. Try to take sugar out of your diet and you\u2019ll feel much of the jitters fade away. Most of this constant need to move is anxiety. Try taking a calmer approach to your daily activities. Don\u2019t hurry yourself and you will find there\u2019s no need to twitch.<\/p>\n
