Liza Boubari a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and the founder of HealWithin, a healing center in Glendale, CA joins the show.<\/p>\n

In the last twenty-five years there has been a growing interest in the connection between the mind and body and its relationship to stress and disease. Liza’s knowledge of the corporate world is due to years of experience in law offices as paralegal and legal assistant. It was her own powerful healing experience through hypnotherapy and guided imagery that led her to this science. Changing course, she chose this path to help others. In 1997 she founded *InnerSite, Inc.* better known as *HealWithin*, a Healing Center in the Heart of Glendale – and has since been expanding her practice in her community.<\/p>\n

Liza earned her Clinical Hypnotherapy Certification from the Hypnotism Training Institute of Glendale in 1996. As a Certified Stress Management Counselor, a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor and DV Trainer for the YWCA of Glendale, and practitioner of the art of massage therapy, Liza specializes in women’s issues.\u00a0 She is best known for her innovative workshops on “Listen to Your Body Talk”, and “STEPS”, stress management workshops and seminars in demand with companies and organizations throughout.<\/p>\n

Liza has lived in Glendale since 1974. She is fluent in English, Armenian and Farsi and has published articles and newsletters in stress management.<\/p>\n

Having a great love for her community, Liza is currently, or has participated in numerous organizations:\u00a0 Currently she is the 2nd VP and Community Liaison with The Glendale YWCA, and sits on the board of Glendale Crime Stoppers, and The Guild for Glendale Adventist Medical Center. She is a member of\u00a0 Soroptimist International of Glendale, has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Glendale since 1991, President of The Executive Toastmasters in 2001, member of Armenian American Chamber of Commerce The American Cancer Society, The American Red Cross, The Salvation Army, Glendale Chamber of Commerce, Verdugo Hills Business & Professional Women, and the former Glendale AIDS Awareness.<\/p>\n

Liza has appeared on the cover of *Business Life Magazine* as one of the Women Achievers in 1995, and was of the prestigious award recipients of “Women of Courage” in 2010 by City of Glendale’s Commission on the Status of Women.<\/p>\n

Her practical experience and genuine drive to help others have forged a unique therapeutic practice where clients achieve maximum benefit in minimum time. Her caring presence, energy, experience and enthusiasm for these subjects make her an inspiring and effective guide. With her practice expanding, she now has a licensed nutritionist and three certified massage therapists and natural Doctor of Psychology working with her in the quest for helping others achieve better health.<\/p>\n
