At 56 years old, Mari Ann Lisenbe <\/strong>is living proof that you can continue living a strong active life when you learn to honor and respect the body God gave you. Mari Ann Lisenbe is the creator and CEO of The MARI Method where they teach \u201cMindful Actions for Radical Improvement!\u201d. Her faith-based approach to weight loss is helping people, many who\u2019ve struggled with weight their whole lives, finally lose weight and keep it off\u2026 without feeling deprived.<\/p>\n

One reason for Mari Ann\u2019s success with her clients is her belief that \u201cweight loss begins in your mind\u201d. So, she sets out to help clients change the way they think about food and exercise. She accomplishes this with:<\/p>\n

Faith-based \u201cBrain Training\u201d videos, audios and work-sheets, YoMetrics and 30-Second Fat Blaster workouts that easily fit into her client\u2019s busy schedules, and \u201cEat Smart\u201d nutritional training which includes recipes that even men love!<\/p>\n

After struggling with health and weight issues for many years, Mari Ann refused to believe the specialists who said she was \u201cjust depressed and should take anti-depressants\u201d. Mari Ann kept digging until she discovered the real culprits causing her to stay overweight and in pain \u2014 gluten & sugar. The first-hand knowledge she gained during this search was the beginning of The MARI Method.<\/p>\n

Mari Ann\u2019s degree is in Computer Science degree, but her passion is inspiring others to lose weight and live in health so they can fulfill God\u2019s calling on their lives. Just as she has done herself.<\/p>\n

Mari Ann is a certified Yogafit instructor who has developed her own unique blend of yoga and isometrics called YoMetrics which rapidly firms and tones the body. She also trains clients in 30-Second Fat Blasters, which are short in duration but boosts the metabolism and burns fat for hours.<\/p>\n

Married to her childhood sweetheart, musician Steve Lisenbe, they have 2 grown sons and one beautiful daughter-in-law. Mari Ann & Steve are active in their local church and live on a hobby farm near Houston, TX.<\/p>\n
