\"\"<\/a>Drinks with catchy names like Sexpresso and Rock Hard are drawing attention from a watchdog group.<\/p>\n

The Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) issued a warning on Monday, saying the \u201csex drinks\u201d contained traces of a drug similar to Viagra.\u00a0 While the active ingredient in Viagra is not listed on the label, the watchdog group is telling consumers to stay away from them.<\/p>\n

\u201cConsumers who are using this product should stop taking it immediately and speak to a doctor if they are experiencing side effects.”<\/p>\n

The group has run some preliminary tests and say they have found trace amounts of Viagra, now authorities are stepping in to do some more testing.<\/p>\n

The two instant coffees are advertised much like a \u2018sex life pick me up.\u2019\u00a0 They promise men \u201charder, longer, stronger erections\u201d within minutes of drinking the coffee and they claim it can last for up to six hours.<\/p>\n

FSANZ warns the side effects are unknown since Viagra, or any substance like it, cannot be added to food or drink.<\/p>\n

\u201cLike any drug this can interact with prescription medicines and may be dangerous, particularly for people with certain health conditions,” a FSANZ alert reads.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u201cI\u2019ve actually tried this coffee,\u201d Patricia Lowell said.\u00a0 This house wife decided she wanted to spice up her sex life with her husband so they ordered the drinks online and tried them out.\u00a0 \u201cWho doesn\u2019t want to feel a little sexy and have a little fun?\u201d<\/p>\n

Lowell says she didn’t feel any adverse side effects, but she admits she has only tried the drink once or twice.\u00a0 \u201cI\u00a0 really liked it, but that said I didn\u2019t know I was drinking a small amount Viagra, that is a little freaky.\u201d<\/p>\n

The drinks, which are popular in Australia, have been pulled off the shelves until more testing can be done.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
