Make sure to enjoy your alone time. Try involving yourself in the activities you\u2019ve always wanted to enjoy but either never had time or your partner didn\u2019t want to be involved with. You will feel gratification for doing what you want and it will also give you something to chat about when you meet people.<\/p>\n

Dress to Impress<\/strong><\/p>\n

Looking suave is important when you want to appear approachable and friendly. Walking\"Viagra, into a crumby neighborhood bar wearing your old John Deere shirt with your Metallica hat is probably not going to win you any classy conversations. Try dressing simple with a black shirt and jeans (no running shoes allowed!) or wear khakis and a button down. Keep it simple and it will pay off. Don\u2019t wear too much cologne either. That is a huge turn off and just a nasty thing to do to people who are sensitive to strong smells. Dab a tiny amount of cologne on your neck a while before you go to your destination, don\u2019t dab a lot of bathroom cologne all over your body at the crappy bar!<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t Be Afraid<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s normal to be a little nervous about meeting new people but don\u2019t let your nerves get to you. It\u2019s tough for anyone to meet new people. Just be yourself and the rest will come to you. Once you meet one person you will likely meet many more through that person. With women, just be friendly and pleasant. No overloading them with compliments or cheesy pick up lines. Just act natural and be prepared for success.
