It\u2019s nice to have someone to share your dreams and fears with, someone to grown old with and sit in the same rocking chairs as you did when you were in your 20\u2019s.<\/p>\n

It is the ultimate comfort blanket. So many articles are written about how to improve your love life and married lifestyle, this isn\u2019t one of them. This is an article to embrace those wonderful things that make married life wonderful.<\/p>\n

Comfort in Companionship<\/strong><\/p>\n

No matter how independent you are or how much you like to stretch across your king sized bed alone like a fat cat, there is little in life that drapes a more secure feeling over you than sleeping next to someone you love. Even if you\u2019re not exactly the snuggly type, it\u2019s just comforting to know they\u2019re there and have your back. Your cat won\u2019t lovingly stroke your hair while you watch a movie or bring you a glass of water in the middle of the night when you have a bad dream. I am a very independent person and never thought I would say it, but though I may look forward to nights I get to sleep in a bed alone, it always makes me feel sad and lonely.<\/p>\n

Someone you can ride bikes with at\"cuddling, midnight because you feel like it or go out for your favorite pizza place every week and laugh at everyone around you. It\u2019s wonderful. It\u2019s like when you were younger and you and your best friend spent every waking second together creating mischief and having the time of your life, only now it really is forever.<\/p>\n

Keep the Spice in Your Marriage<\/strong><\/p>\n

The only thing that can dampen the happiness of a marriage is lack of sex. It really is important to stay open with each other and intone with your partner\u2019s body. Sometimes as we grow more and more comfortable with each other the crazy desire dies out and is replaced by comfort. Keep the excitement alive! Go on naughty picnics or strolls in the woods, have date night college style with an all-nighter (bring along your Viagra<\/a> for this one!).
