But when Carr\u2019s doctors felt that a penile prosthesis was required to fix his erectile dysfunction and that the prosthesis to fix his erectile dysfunction couldn\u2019t be done until they first performed a heart catheterization, Ganz refused to authorize payment for the heart catheterization saying it wasn\u2019t being done specifically to treat the injuries from the accident. The court agreed with Ganz.<\/p>\n

But in June 2018, Carr won the appeal and now the court will look at things again.<\/p>\n
