Pine Valley<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • The biennial Golf Digest list of the best U.S. golf courses is just out, and Augusta National has supplanted Pine Valley as No. 1.<\/li>\n
  • According to the Pine Valley website, the course possesses more world class holes than any other course<\/li>\n
  • It has the finest collection of three shotters and two shotters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Sand Hills<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • The biennial Golf Digest list of the best U.S. golf courses is just out, and Augusta National says the best modern course is Sand Hills in Mullen Nebraska.<\/li>\n
    • According to the Sand Hills website, the course has eighteen ready made holes in rolling sand hills. Scattered prairies grass and natural sand traps or “blow outs” shape the holes. The holes vary in difficulty as the wind changes.<\/li>\n
    • The 4th and the 13th are stout challenges requiring length and accuracy to make par. The 18th is a spectacular finishing hole that rewards anyone who challenges the bunkers but stays in the fairway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
