M<\/span>ovie mogul Harvey Weinstein allegedly took erectile dysfunction injections prior to his meetings with attractive women. His female assistants share some juicy behind-the-scenes details.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Recently, women who worked for entertainment mogul Harvey Weinstein as assistants divulged some of the behind-the-scenes details of their jobs. These bizarre tasks included renting an apartment for the director and filling it with lingerie and even arranging for him to receive erectile dysfunction injections.<\/p>\n

Former employees Sandeep Rehal, Lauren O’Connor, Michelle Franklin, and several others shared these details and much more with The New York Times<\/em>. Rehal, in her late 20s when she began work as Weinstein’s assistant, states that she and Franklin (in her mid-20s) had the job of getting Caverject and alprostadil medications for ED, which were administered by injection. These drugs were typically delivered to Weinstein in his hotel room prior to meetings he had with women. In fact, Rehal would keep the drugs in her desk and then deliver them to the producer when he needed them.<\/p>\n

Sex Addiction Therapy Failed<\/h3>\n

Another job function for Rehal and O’Connor was transporting Weinstein to sex addiction therapy sessions. Although Rehal stated that she felt distaste for these tasks, she also felt compelled to comply, as Weinstein threatened to harm her younger sister who was attending school. These seem to have not worked, however, as just a scant two years after therapy sessions began, Weinstein was alleged to have asked two women for lurid massages in his Toronto hotel room during the Toronto International Film Festival.<\/p>\n

Immediately after this incident, The New York Times<\/em> published the details of settlements paid by Weinstein to women who alleged sexual advances and assault. This report even included claims by women that the director raped them. In addition, Harvey’s estranged brother, Bob Weinstein, informed the newspaper about settlements he made with at least three women that Weinstein assaulted in their homes several decades ago.<\/p>\n

At the time this news first broke, Weinstein was in a treatment facility and actively denied all of the allegations against him. He was subsequently the subject of investigations in several major cities, with dozens of women coming forward to accuse the director of sexual misconduct, sexual assault, and rape.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
