    It\u2019s common for testosterone levels to drop as you age, but other lifestyle factors can also affect it. Smoking, excessive alcohol, lack of sleep and weight gain can all decrease testosterone. A simple blood test can determine if your levels are low.<\/p>\n

    1. Difficulty Urinating<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Men who have trouble urinating should talk to their doctor. <\/p>\n

      There are a number of things that can cause men to have difficulty urinating, such as an enlarged prostate, muscular conditions that affect the bladder\u2019s function or even prostate cancer, though that\u2019s much less frequently the cause.<\/p>\n

      1. Erectile Dysfunction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Commonly known as \u201cED,\u201d erectile dysfunction can have a number of difference causes. <\/p>\n

        Some factors are within your control. Limiting alcohol consumption, quitting smoking, reducing stress, losing weight, exercising more and improving your diet can also help erectile dysfunction\u2014at least to some degree\u2014for most men. <\/p>\n
