Drink More Water<\/strong><\/p>\n

From headaches, to bloating, to constipation, water<\/a> can fix just about everything that could be wrong with us. We need water to survive. <\/p>\n

We need it more than anything else so it\u2019s very important to get enough of it and get it often. You don\u2019t necessarily need 8 glasses of water every day to stay healthy and feeling good but you should drink as much as your body tells you that you need. Some people only need a few glasses a day, some drink over a gallon. Just make sure you are getting enough. Try drinking one glass before and after meals.<\/p>\n

Stress and Sleep<\/strong><\/p>\n

We all have stress and we all fail at getting enough sleep from time to time. It can be very\"Antibiotics, habit forming and soon in times of extreme stress you might find yourself naturally staying up later and later just because that\u2019s what your body is used to. It is very bad for you to cut down on sleep while feeling stressed. Stress takes a lot out of us physically and mentally. It is important to get adequate rest when facing some tough times. Try a relaxing bath or read for a while. If you are like me and that just doesn\u2019t cut it, try drinking a glass of wine or taking some valerian root. Valerian root is much less harmful than any sleeping pill and also works very well. Make sure it doesn\u2019t interfere with any other medications you may be on.<\/p>\n

Vitamins<\/strong><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t believe in taking vitamins and thinking it\u2019s going to fix everything. It won\u2019t. You will likely just get rid of them in urine as soon as you have to go. If you take vitamins the right way, you will be much better off and can reap some of the wonderful benefits they store. Make sure to eat several healthy meals a day. Include whole grains, fruits and plenty of dark green veggies. Kale and broccoli are excellent. Also, try to add as much garlic into your meals as possible. Garlic is wonderful for your immune system. Once you are eating right, you can add your vitamins into the meals and stand a better chance of absorbing them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
