The Wall Street Journal reports that Viagra <\/a>manufacturer Pfizer is involved in serious talks with fellow pharma kingpin Wyeth. As a combined entity, these two companies would be a $75 billion giant, in terms of annual revenue.<\/p>\n As our friends at www.thestreet.com point out, Pfizer has grown to be the largest drug maker in the world, in large part because it consumed several rivals this decade, including Warner Lambert in 2000 and Pharmacia in 2003.<\/p>\n Before clicking on the following links, keep in mind that FDA-approved generics for Viagra do not exist because the patent does not expire until 2012.
