You May Be Suffering from SAD<\/h3>\n

Many men — and women as well — suffer from the effects of seasonal affective disorder (SAD), a type of depression associated with the reduced exposure to light that is characteristic of the fall and winter months. And depression, whether chronic or seasonal in nature, is hardly conducive to sexual desire, which for many men wanes during this period.<\/p>\n

Beating the winter blues is not an easy matter, but a recent article at Healthline.com<\/a> suggests that light therapy can be helpful. However, it\u2019s inadvisable to do this on your own and should only be done under the supervision of a medical professional.<\/p>\n

Other steps that can help reduce the symptoms of SAD, according to Healthline, include eating a healthy diet, regular exercise at your local health club or even at home, and a good night\u2019s sleep every night.<\/p>\n
