A federal appeals court has just reopened a suit against a doctor who disclosed his patient\u2019s Cialis prescription to the patient\u2019s wife, and it played a role in their divorce. <\/p>\n

No doubt, doctors everywhere are watching this case and taking note that erectile dysfunction is a very sensitive\u2014and private\u2014matter.<\/p>\n

The Case<\/strong><\/p>\n

Back in 2010, Dr. Won Il Park of Palisades Park, New Jersey, wrote a prescription for Cialis to Sang Geoul Lee. Lee told his wife that he only received 10 pills, but in reality, he had received 170 pills. Some of those extra 160 pills were used during an affair Lee had.<\/p>\n

In February 2012, Lee\u2019s wife called Dr. Park and asked about the prescription for Cialis. The doctor revealed to Mrs. Lee that he had prescribed the man 170 pills. Needless to say, Mrs. Lee was furious and soon filed for divorce.<\/p>\n

Although the doctor originally won the case, it is now headed to a federal appeals court.<\/p>\n

The Benefits of Cialis<\/strong><\/p>\n

While this case may lead some to believe that karma kicked in for a cheating husband, Cialis isn\u2019t to blame.<\/p>\n

The erectile dysfunction drug has probably done more to save marriages than break them up, getting otherwise healthy men back in the saddle thanks to renewed erections.<\/p>\n
