Javoc Vaisman, the former director of the erectile dysfunction clinic, Advanced Medical Institute, became well known after he was busted for preying on men who suffered from erectile dysfunction. <\/p>\n

Among other claims, Vaisman would tell men that their penises would shrink without his treatment.<\/p>\n

He also refused to give a 90-year-old blind man a refund, telling the customer that his 86-year-old old wife with Parkinson\u2019s disease could administer his penis injections.<\/p>\n

Someone who worked at the erectile dysfunction clinic testified that Vaisman would often fail to tell patients about potentially dangerous side effects and often charged thousands of dollars for ineffective erectile dysfunction treatments.<\/p>\n

Vaisman\u2019s company became well known for its billboards, which read: \u201cWant longer lasting sex?\u201d and \u201cBonk longer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Once the courts caught up <\/strong><\/p>\n

Eventually, the federal court found his company guilty of engaging in \u201cunconscionable conduct\u201d and using unfair contract terms to promote and supply medications and medical services to consumers.<\/p>\n

As the Justice Anthony North said in the 2015 judgment, \u201cIt is immoral to seek to harness the fears and anxieties of men suffering from ED [erectile dysfunction] or PE [premature ejaculation] for the purpose of selling medical treatments.\u201d<\/p>\n

In January 2018, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) took bankruptcy action against Vaisman for his failure to pay the ACCC\u2019s legal costs of $3,679,359.<\/p>\n

Effective treatment for erectile dysfunction<\/strong><\/p>\n
