But according to the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, despite being marketed as harmless (and with fruity flavors), these unlicensed samples often contain arsenic and lead.<\/p>\n

The drive for this drugs is being created by young men seeking to use it for recreational reasons.<\/p>\n

According to sexual psychotherapist Raymond Francis, many of his younger patients are using erectile dysfunction medications like Cialis (or what they believe is Cialis) as an insurance policy. \u201cI believe their dependence on Cialis or Viagra for recreational reasons is driven to some degree by the plethora of sexual imagery through pornography, which is so instantly available,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n

The fake drugs are coming from just about everywhere.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow you\u2019ve got organized crime involved,\u201d explains Head of Operations for Enforcement Group Danny Lee-Frost. \u201cYou\u2019ve got the websites hosted in places like Russia, you\u2019ve got the money going out to the Cayman Islands, you\u2019ve got this stuff being smuggled in.\u201d<\/p>\n
