So, what’s a guy to do? For starters, you should take care of yourself. If you’re in your 20s or 30s, it’s the perfect time to start healthy routines that can prolong your sexual abilities. Make exercising part of your daily life, eat right and keep the partying to a minimum.<\/p>\n

If you’re older, it’s never too late to make healthy lifestyle changes. Even small things like controlling your portion size or cutting out a few sweets can make a difference.<\/p>\n

    The most common treatment on the market is oral pills like Viagra. You simply take the pill about 30 minutes before you plan to have sex and it will help you get and keep an erection.<\/p>\n
